Refund & Return Policy

We follow a ‘closed box delivery’ policy to ensure product authenticity, customer privacy, and to prevent any tampering. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please return it to us, and we’ll arrange a replacement if the following conditions are met:

  • If you find a defect after opening the box, notify our Customer Relationship Management Department as soon as possible with a picture or video proof.
  • The Customer Relationship Management Department will consult with management to replace the product or adjust the payment. You have 3 days from the date of receipt to file a complaint. 
  • Used, swatched, or liquid/semi-liquid products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind or dislike its smell, texture, color, or design.
  • The Return Policy is void if the seal is broken or if the product doesn’t suit you.
  • If you mistakenly order the wrong product, we may exchange it, but you will need to cover the return and reshipping costs. This depends on the product type and management’s discretion.
  • You must return the original invoice, packaging, and any intact product packaging (if applicable) along with the product.


How to return your product and costs? Our Customer Service will arrange free pick-up from your address (*conditions apply). If you live outside Dhaka, please return your product via Pathao Courier Service. If your return is validated, we will refund your courier costs. If your claim is found invalid, you will need to keep the product and cover the return and Shipping costs.
